Support for a major telecommunications company

Challenge: Provide hardware support for over 100 UNIX systems and peripherals located in dozens of cities in 20 different states, with some locations more than 400 miles from the nearest metropolitan area.

Solution: Abtech Support provided 7x24x365 support with a 4-hour response time to almost 90% of the systems, which are located in 19 cities in 13 states. Abtech Support was able to provide 7x24x365 support with a slightly higher response time to the remaining 10% of the systems, which are located in eight cities in seven states.
