Using the SAP or Oracle support portal, email or phone we provide issue support. This includes debugging instructions, error avoidance, possible patches, test plans and recommendation for resolution and implementation. We use the following priority classes for support during regular business hours:

  • Priority 1 (very high) - Within 2 hours
  • Priority 2 (high) - Within 4 hours
  • Priority 3 (medium) - Within 1 day
  • Priority 4 (low) - Within 2 days
