Technology Refresh is defined as the replacement of older hardware and software with newer hardware and software.

Microsoft Vista, which is the successor to the XP family of operating systems, hosts a whole new slew of features and options that have never been featured in a desktop level operating system. However, in order to take advantage of these features it is of utmost importance that not only the right version of Microsoft is obtained (there are currently 6 versions) but also that the hardware destined to run Microsoft Vista is capable to run this operating system.
